The books

People

A spoiler-free codex of factions and figures — portraits first; hover (or focus) for lore. On touch devices, lore stays readable without hover.

Portrait of Jasper Soren

Jasper Soren

Weaver · Narrator

Analytical, science-minded, and bound to routine. He uses physical grounding techniques to handle the immense pressure of his awakening, viewing his new abilities through the lens of molecular science.

Portrait of Ethan Gray

Ethan Gray

Weaver · Protector

Jasper’s best friend. Athletic, protective, and naturally gifted. He instinctively manifests protective barriers under pressure and carries the heavy burden of being tied to the "Foretold" prophecy.

Portrait of Niko Calderon

Niko Calderon

Weaver · Tactician

Precise, ambitious, and highly logical. His skepticism makes him the clearest voice questioning the hidden world, though his sharp mind makes him a lethal tactician in battle.

Portrait of Meira Gutierrez

The boys’ homeroom teacher. Beneath her professional exterior lies a fierce, highly trained Weaver who has secretly watched over the boys for years.

Weaver-touched

Drawn into the hidden war by her connection to Ethan, she proves her resilience in the face of demonic threats, uncovering her own latent connection to the Weaver world.

The Atlas

Core locations from the manuscript — the primary set pieces where the hidden war meets the everyday world.

High school atmosphere, Lincoln High

Lincoln High

The threshold

The mundane world before the hidden war breaks through. It is the site of the ruined science lab, where the boys’ normal lives end and their first supernatural awakening begins.

Rural isolation, Jeffrey's Farm

Jeffrey’s Farm

Safe house

An isolated, rural safe house. Far from the city, it serves as a brutal training ground where the boys learn the physical and mental limits of weaving reality.

Mountain cave with celestial mood, Ouachita Cave

The Ouachita Cave

Sacred convergence

Hidden deep within the mountains, this ancient cavern is a convergence point of angelic ley lines. Bathed in the glow of luminescent moss and celestial symbols, it offers a powerful, sacred sanctuary.

Urban refuge atmosphere, Dallas Safe House

The Dallas Safe House

Fortress

A hidden refuge accessed only through pure Weaver power and celestial pathways. It is a secure fortress where the remaining guardians regroup to prepare for the true war ahead.

Power system

The Lorim (Willpower): the foundation of every weave, divided into Valir (intuitive insight), Durath (inner strength), and Elura (creative imagination).

Weaving Fundamentals: magic is governed by systematic sacrifice. If stamina collapses, weaving drains life force and can be fatal. Energy must be siphoned externally (fire, solar, kinetic, chemical) to avoid spiritual depletion.

The Weaver's Blade: a soul-linked weapon formed from the wielder's will and energy signature.

Artifacts & Protections: black metallic pendants protect minds marked for larger destinies. Divine marks (such as Sariel's) prevent possession, enhance strength, and support telepathic communication.

Limitations: Thread Shock (backlash) causes severe depressive collapse and ability failure under confidence rupture. Dimensional pressure from ley-line travel strains mind, body, and soul like prolonged physical torture.
